• Services are available 24/7, subject to operational and weather conditions.
• Coverage areas are limited to specific geographic zones, which may change without notice.
• We reserve the right to decline service outside of our coverage area or if conditions are deemed unsafe for our technicians.

3. Service Requests
• Service requests can be made via phone, website, or mobile application.
• Accurate information must be provided when requesting service, including location, vehicle details, and the nature of the problem.
• Estimated arrival times are not guaranteed and may vary due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Service Charges and Payments
• Charges may vary depending on service type, location, time, and vehicle type.
• All payments must be made upon completion of service unless covered under a pre-paid plan or membership.
• We accept , cash, credit/debit cards, mobile payments.

5. Membership Plans (If Applicable)
• Membership benefits are non-transferable and valid only for the registered vehicle or individual.
• Misuse or fraudulent use of a membership may lead to immediate termination without refund.
• Specific services under the membership are subject to fair usage limits.

6. Limitation of Liability
• Car One Solution is not liable for delays, damages, or losses resulting from force majeure, third-party negligence, or incorrect information provided by the customer.
• We are not responsible for the condition of your vehicle before or after service, except for damages directly caused by our technicians during the service.
• Towing services will be provided to the nearest appropriate repair facility unless otherwise specified and agreed upon.

7. Customer Responsibilities
• Ensure the vehicle is in a safe location for our technician to perform the service.
• Remain with the vehicle (if safe to do so) until our technician arrives.
• Cooperate with our personnel and provide necessary documentation, including ID and proof of vehicle ownership, if requested.

8. Cancellations and Refunds
• Cancellations must be made before a technician is dispatched to avoid service fees.
• No refunds will be issued once a service has been rendered or if a cancellation is made after dispatch.
• Refund requests for service dissatisfaction must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the service date.

9. Prohibited Conduct
Customers may not:
• Abuse or threaten Car One Solution staff.
• Request assistance for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
• Misrepresent the nature of their emergency.

10. Modifications
We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your agreement to the new Terms.
